Kilcoy Pastoral Company is a rapidly growing world-class organisation with a global footprint spanning every step of the food journey. This two (2) year program, you will predominantly be based at our corporate office in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast. Through the program, you will rotate annually through core functional finance areas of Accounting, Operations Finance, and FP&A building depth and breadth of experience and equipping the individual with the required skill set to forge a successful career in finance.
